Chapter 8 in Should Prometheus Be Bound?, 2005, pp 137-151 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract At the heart of politics lies the problem of power, its devolution, exercise and control. Power is at the centre of every organization and it is through power games that governments, firms, administrations, unions and NGOs are governed. One can understand nothing of how they function unless one is aware of the influences and methods of persuasion or constraint that drive and control them.
