Chapter 6 in Problem-Driven Management, 2004, pp 132-155 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we complete the description of the basic variables of operations which we began in the previous chapter. The remaining variables to be considered are: human resources, the information system and the conflict-resolution system. The latter two are vitally important as repositories (and sources) of the knowledge held by the firm - principally in the form of symbolic materializations.
