The Part-Time Model for Working Beyond 60
Geneviève Reday-Mulvey
Chapter 5 in Working Beyond 60, 2005, pp 77-101 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract A number of years ago, the Geneva Association proposed the addition of a fourth pension pillar to supplement the first three pillars. This fourth pillar would consist of resources from an income from part-time work for some years after reaching retirement age (or earlier in the case of earlier retirement). From the legal retirement age onwards, such fourth pillar income could be accompanied by a partial pension.
