Chapter 9 in The New St. Gallen Management Model, 2005, pp 72-76 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract At this point, the critical question may rightly be posed: what is so new about this Management Model? Does it come down to nothing more than new fads and myths (Kieser, 1996)? A glance at the first version of the St. Gallen Management Model from the 1970s, in fact, shows that the new edition can be understood as an organic evolution.
