Abstract: Abstract The introduction to the book posed questions about whether those involved in helping others to learn were delivering a quality product. The intervening chapters have examined the state of the learning industry. The methods and techniques of trainers, coaches, mentors, consultants and the providers of technology-based learning have been reviewed and the issue of value for money has been addressed. What conclusions can we draw from this examination and what of the future of learning?
