Chapter 1 in Alliances and Co-Evolution, 2005, pp 1-18 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Strategic alliances are being used to access know-how, products and markets. In the middle of the ‘organic growth-strategic alliances- mergers and acquisitions’ continuum they provide a method of rapidly addressing business opportunities that arise whilst sharing know-how, costs and risk, as well as reward, with partners.
