Chapter 9 in Emotional Impact, 2001, pp 84-98 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is somewhat different to the others in that it focuses on an individual and his impact in a number of environments. It is not the story of a business transformation in the same way as a number of the others have been, but rather it talks about the transformational impact of the individual and his work with an organisation within the context of a broader environment. The individual is Dr Ashok Ganguly.
