Abstract:
Abstract To build a solid foundation for the twenty-first century we need knowledge management solutions which will allow us to navigate throughout our organisation’s information landscape in ways which help to radically renew product design, production planning, quality assurance, inventory management and marketing strategies. Those people and companies will benefit the most from new technology who are able to: rethink their business; reinvent their strategies; redefine their policies; and revamp their information resources.
