Accepting vulnerability

Arthur Gogatz and Reuben Mondejar

Chapter Section 13 in Business Creativity, 2005, pp 240-257 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Our lives are censored, for the most part self-censored. We fear emotionality, intimacy, sensitivity and vulnerability. We rarely say what we really feel, rarely let down our defenses. We censor ourselves, and then demand that others censor themselves as well.
