Strategic stakeholders

Chapter Chapter 9 in The Bending Moment, 2005, pp 65-71 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract There has been much discussion in recent years focused on raising awareness towards the multiplicity of stakeholders that are part of the business environment, which as a result has become even more complex. This complexity added new dimensions to both strategic thinking and development. It has also introduced multiples layers of concerns and stresses that must be addressed, while delivering customer satisfaction and shareholder value.
