Chapter 4 in Collaborative Advantage, 2006, pp 59-73 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract If the preparation and structuring phases have been handled well, you should find yourself with a group of partners committed to embarking on a collaborative endeavor, with a reasonable understanding of the outcomes being sought and the different wins for each party. By now you will have agreed a top-level structure, and you will have identified the individuals who will play the key roles at a strategic and an operational level.
