Developing Individuals: The Six Cs
Beverley Stone
Chapter Chapter 3 in The Inner Warrior, 2004, pp 30-38 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract I have emphasized the importance of the individual in driving organizational success. As Derek Rollinson (2002) puts it: Since individual performance dovetails into the performance of a group and this feeds into the performance of a whole organization, individual characteristics can have an impact on goal achievement and hence organizational effectiveness.
