Chapter Chapter 8 in The Inner Warrior, 2004, pp 83-97 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Gulliver found himself in a situation where they were speaking a foreign language. Consequently his understanding of what was going on around him was limited. In effect the foreign language is equivalent to the language of group dynamics for an inexperienced person. Without a ‘language’ for understanding the way people operate in groups, you may feel you have no idea where to start changing the way you are currently behaving in your team. The following is a case in point.
