Abstract:
Abstract We summarized the views of corporate kings and “marzipan” women about gender imbalances on US and UK boards in Chapters 3 and 4, and reported in Chapter 5 on the progress of a mentoring program designed to bring these two groups together to help to redress the imbalance.
