Chapter 8 in Labour Relations and Health Reform, 2005, pp 198-222 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The foregoing chapters examine the particulars of health reform industrial relations in five jurisdictions. This section considers the evidence drawn from those restructuring experiences, looking at common principles or themes, similar features and instructive points of comparison. It argues that specific approaches to restructuring can be linked to identifiable industrial relations outcomes and that there are lessons to be learned from the five case studies.
