Abstract: Abstract The potential causes of stress are many and various and the list grows longer as, for whatever reason, people are forced to change the way they view the world, their work, and the way they see themselves. Change, whether looked for or imposed, leads to expected and unexpected consequences that will affect the pressure people experience and their ability to deal with it.
