The Executive Summary

Mark Daniell

Chapter Chapter 6 in Strategy, 2004, pp 281-285 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract While we have already seen an example of a summary slide at the end of each phase of STRATEGY, it is worth stepping back to touch on alternative structures before drafting an overall summary. Regardless of the length and structure, a clear and cogent summary of the major components of your strategy is essential. It will help to clarify your own thoughts and can provide better understanding for the members of your audience who are less familier or even entirely new to the exercise.
