Abstract: Abstract This chapter will outline some legal issues commonly facing an entrepreneur starting up an eCommerce business. There are a number of practical steps outlined below which could usefully be followed in the preliminary stages of setting up an eCommerce business but it is important to note that for most issues, specific legal advice will be needed at the appropriate time.
