Abstract:
Abstract So far, I’ve concentrated on what leaders need to change in themselves to get better at leading beyond authority. But, in order for leading beyond authority to become more legitimate, more prevalent, and more successful, there are also changes we need to bring about in the organizations we operate in — and in society at large.
