Abstract This chapter analyses the myth of ‘corporate size’ in the system of public service companies and explores how this myth is affecting organizational behaviour and culture (Doherty and Horne, 2002; Gabriel, 2004; Gherardi, 1995; Hatch et al., 2005; Meyer and Rowan, 1977).
