Abstract:
Abstract Research activities in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology have flourished in China in the past decade. Due to the encouraging achievements made by Chinese researchers in both basic research and industrial applications, there is an increasing awareness in China of the potentials of nanotechnology. In this chapter we will provide an overview of the efforts being made in this country to develop research in nanotechnology.
