Third-Stage Financings
Richard Thompson
Chapter Thirteen in Real Venture Capital, 2008, pp 48-50 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract THIRD-STAGE financings follow on from the second-stage of a company’s development and usually involve it moving from a national to an international base. This process is a complicated one and requires a good understanding of the size and demands of different world markets and an appreciation of their cultures, behavioural patterns, languages, ethics and legal and tax systems.
