Chapter 9 in Energy Security, 2008, pp 135-146 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Despite the fact that China has yet to publish an energy policy White Paper, a study of the series of policies and steps the nation has taken since the adoption of policy reform and opening up to the outside world allows us to trace the origin and course of development in Chinese energy policy and to clarify the reasons and goals behind China’s energy policy readjustment.
