James Carlopio

Chapter Chapter 1 in Changing Gears, 2003, pp 3-20 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract The first step in the process of implementing new technology and strategy or adopting new business models and products is to become aware that they exist and have some idea that they will help us achieve our organisation’s strategic objectives. In this chapter we will focus on strategic knowledge and awareness as we explore some of the work done recently on new business models for the global enterprise and the technologies that enable them.
