Abstract: Abstract As we have already explained, 3PL providers nowadays provide more than just transport services. Market demands have led 3PL providers to be considered as ‘solution providers’, offering and developing capabilities that exceed the traditional domain of transport; in other words, 3PL providers must offer value-added services.
