Abstract: Abstract The concept of the master-class is regaining popularity. Once the domain of the great musician, many kinds of “experts”, from sales people to television presenters, now offer expensive master-classes. These look suspiciously like repackaged seminars, perhaps with fewer people but at a higher cost.
