Post-modern management
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in Head & Heart Management, 2008, pp 131-132 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Just before we enter the post-post-modern era, it’s perhaps worth worrying whether this radically new philosophy can help the faddish world of management. Post-modernism certainly influenced all the arts. From poetry to painting, and especially philosophy, literary criticism and many of the social sciences, the doctrine of the post-modernist has swept all before it.
