Step 2: Evaluating the Present Strategy
Jorge A. Vasconcellos e Sá
Chapter Chapter 4 in The Neglected Firm, 2002, pp 44-61 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Having defined the present strategy, the question is: should the organization maintain all or just a few of its present segments and discontinue operations in others and if so, which? In order to decide, the present segments that the firm occupies should be evaluated. Although this was done one or two years ago, when the firm last made its present strategic plan, it is now time to repeat the process.
