Abstract:
Abstract In Chapter 2, I described a number of legal issues that impact mergers and acquisitions, including rights and responsibilities of successors, creditors, shareholders, boards, controlling parties and employees. In this chapter, I focus on specific sectors, including securities, anti-takeover, antitrust and industries rules.
