Abstract:
Abstract Unilever is ahead of the curve with its citizenship agenda and Wal-Mart has finally gotten into the action. What’s happening in a broad sampling of companies? Our biennial surveys of U.S. business leaders find that some 80 percent believe that citizenship needs to be a priority for companies and a large majority (69 percent) agree that the public has a right to expect it. So what are they doing about it?
