Abstract:
Abstract Design of organization and systems is interrelated and should encompass complete SEST. Designing requires knowledge of SEST and of SEST propensities in actuality in which design is placed. Understanding and knowledge should be developed of effect of systems on organization and effect of organization on developments in technology for systems such that it facilitates organization design as the primary aim.
