Abstract: Abstract Before we move on to exploring how you may develop your own strategy for leadership, let us look at your current attitudes to the subject. As part of the diagnostic process I use in leadership development, I ask people to reflect on how they see themselves leading right now, and at their “ideal” model of leadership.
