Chapter 5 in Shareholder Activism, 2007, pp 47-66 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In Chapter 4, we have distinguished two types of political opportunities: (1) the ‘formal’ institutional or legal structure; and (2) the more ‘informal’ structure of power relations. We will look at these two types of political opportunities for the PSPD shareholder activism.
