Adrian Furnham
A chapter in Management Mumbo-Jumbo, 2006, pp 110-112 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:

And they constantly complain, deliberately dawdle, frequently “forget”, often oppose, and sulkily stall. They feel cheated and deprived but being scornful helps.
