National Members and their EU Associations
Zygmunt Tyszkiewicz
Chapter 17 in The Effectiveness of EU Business Associations, 2002, pp 171-181 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract From the outset I must make clear, based on 30 years experience in business and over 12 as Secretary General of UNICE, that I have the greatest respect for business associations, whether at the national or the EU level. With minimal resources, they consistently perform miracles on behalf of their members and provide valuable services to the political authorities with which they are in contact.
