Abstract: Abstract Many experts who became managers related that they encountered difficulties with team management because they did not know enough about social and emotional aspects. Indeed, the expert’s success is based on rational methods, while a successful integration of social and emotional aspects requires avoiding rationality and preconceived solutions.
