The Ethical Issue of Corporate Governance and Management Science Theories
Wojciech W. Gasparski
Chapter Chapter 7 in Global Perspectives on Ethics of Corporate Governance, 2006, pp 91-101 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract States are run by governments and corporations by relevant bodies. The relations between these bodies and company stakeholders creates a system of corporate governance. The use of the word “governance” is partly based on a fad but it emphasizes the focus on the “act, manner, function of government” (Kitson and Campbell 1996, 112).
