Abstract: Abstract We are now able, in this chapter, to make four assertions/observations about practice derived from what has already been discussed: Experienced emergence is experienced as coherence. Coherence (often) leads to flow. Coherence is complex; there is difference (and even conflict) inside coherence. Coherence does not necessarily lead to business success, though incoherence often does seem to lead to business failure.
