Abstract: Abstract One day while doing his weekly trash collection, Handyman Negri realizes that a serious problem is developing. He notices that more and more trash is accumulating so that the town dump is in danger of reaching its capacity and overflowing. While the situation is not quite yet a full-blown problem, he decides that he has to bring what could develop into a serious problem to King Friday’s attention before it is too late.
