Chapter 11 in Teaching about the Future, 2012, pp 269-281 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Change management has to do with transformational change. It is not about whether to change staff meetings from one hour to thirty minutes. Or whether to change the make of vehicles purchased for the company fleet. Or whether to redesign the logo (although that could be part of a transformational change process). Transformational change impacts who the organization is and what it does. It most commonly accompanies a visioning process, which, after, considers the very questions of what the organization is all about.
