Abstract:
Abstract One of the aims of this book is to serve as a guide for companies, associations, foundations, and so on who wish to learn the real facts about the LGBT community in order to integrate it into their respective businesses. After a cross-sectional study of LGBT issues from historical and sociological perspectives and later comparison of the current situation in the US and Spanish role models, we now focus on the business field to explain the social and economic benefits of applying good practice with regard to this community.
