Chapter Chapter 9 in All Above Board, 2013, pp 123-140 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract All organizations are supposed to perform and provide results to their various stakeholders, as indeed are all human beings to themselves. In the corporate world, and in the prevailing world of market dynamics, the key performance indicators tend to be defined as returns on various resources, or assets, deployed to create these same returns. Returns are impacted by the actions of people, employees and executives of the corporation. The higher the returns are, the better the performance.
