Abstract:
Abstract Srinivas Pingali, executive vice-president of new product development for Quatrro, and former head of Accenture India’s insurance vertical, considered the challenges facing the company in its quest to become a leading knowledge process outsourcing firm. Though the company had grown 300 per cent in the past year to achieve a turnover of US$70 million in 2008, it had projected its revenue at US$160 million in 2012 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 92 per cent.
