Abstract: Abstract As organizations have continued to work in an increasingly global way, managers and HR functions have been faced with the challenge of developing systems and approaches that work across national and continental boundaries. This has created challenges when trying to develop standardized approaches to recruitment, training, diversity, etc. The approach that works in one country may not fit with the social and cultural norms of another country on the other side of the globe. With an increasing focus on international mobility, organizations must continue to focus effort on responding to global issues in a sensitive manner.
