Cupid among the cubicles
Adrian Furnham
A chapter in The Engaging Manager, 2012, pp 57-59 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Up to a fifth of us now meet our partners at work. That is marriage, cohabiting, boat-across-the-sea-of-life partner, not business partner. It used to be the boy/girl next door, then it was a meeting at school/college/university, now it’s the office, the factory, or the shop. Cupid lurks among the cubicles.
