Abstract: Abstract At the outset, we would like the reader to recognize here that we are not going to expose the detailed summary of each chapter. The details of methodologies, evaluations of estimated results, summaries, and conclusions are fully explained in each chapter. Instead, we are going to offer in this chapter the whole picture of both volumes of the book, the merits and the demerits, and the qualifications.
