Abstract:
Abstract The pattern of globalization has been a topic of debate for 40 years. The events toward the end of the twentieth century spurred on a dramatic acceleration of globalization that had yet to be seen on a global stage. This chapter will review those events, their impacts, and the various theories of globalization in light of the study participant’s experiences. In addition, four trends that are currently unfolding in globalization will be further examined.
