Abstract:
Abstract Symptoms of stress cause individuals considerable suffering, significantly affect absenteeism and productivity levels within organizations, and in general substantially burden the community (Levi, 1996). Individual physiological, psychological, and behavioral outcomes include lower levels of self-esteem, job satisfaction, and motivation as well as higher blood and cholesterol levels, depression, ulcers, and heart disease (Goodspeed & DeLucia, 1990; Levi, 1996).
