Abstract:
Abstract A tremendous amount of research has examined the impacts of job stress on psychological and physiological disorder This research has yielded invaluable evidence concerning the link between negative psychological states, such as stress, and mental and physical illness [1–7] This research has provided invaluable information regarding the nature of the relationship between negative psychological states and health However, by focusing solely on the impacts of negative psychological states, this research fails to answer an equally fundamental question What are the impacts of positive psychological states on health?
