Chapter Chapter 9 in Revealed, 2014, pp 183-210 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Let’s return to our starting point, Dale Carnegie’s sage advice, given back in 1936: People are complex, but throughout Revealed we contend that, by analyzing the six elements that influence a person’s behavior, we can understand them, if not completely, at least better, and have greater confidence in predicting their behaviors and how to influence them (see Figure 9.1). RPP offers the potential to operate from a basis of full, or at least fuller, knowledge and so manage risks.
